ALL ON, BAOBAB+ AGREES ON $2.25 MILLION SOLAR INVESTMENT DEAL

All On, a leading Nigerian impact investment firm, has signed a $2.25 million credit facility investment with Baobab Plus Nigeria, a leading provider of innovative energy and digital solutions. This deal will deploy 1,536 solar energy systems ranging from 600W to 3KW across the country through its distribution channels.

All On stated in a statement that the collaboration sought to deploy 1,536 SES using Baobab+ Nigeria’s current Pay-as-you-Go Agent Network in 21 areas across the Southwest, North Central, and Northwest. Baobab+ would expand its PayGo Agent Network into new places and leverage its relationship with financial institutions across the country.

Meanwhile, the PayGo distribution channel will be utilized to finance and deliver stand-alone solar energy systems to rural off-grid and underprivileged populations via agent network technologies to help with last-mile distribution.

According to the company, the various payment choices provided to consumers, which are aided by DART’s attractive financing alternatives, allow it to remove the principal pricing barrier and make items accessible to individuals on low incomes by responding to their spending habits.

Caroline Eboumbou, All On’s Chief Executive Officer, stated, “All On is committed to increasing access to energy products and services for underserved and unserved communities in Nigeria, as well as supporting innovative companies that are leading the charge in renewable energy access. This collaboration with Baobab+ is proof of our commitment to supporting Nigeria’s path to sustainable development and creating a brighter future for all Nigerians.”

According to the Baobab+, supplying inexpensive solar systems not only saves money and improves living circumstances, but also protects the environment for future generations.
