Parallex Bank has released an updated mobile banking app called Parallex Mobile App 2.0. Dr Olufemi Bakre, Managing Director of Parallex Bank, said in a statement issued Friday in Lagos that the enhanced mobile app was more convenient and functional than the previous version.
Bakre stated, “The Parallex Mobile App provides a comprehensive solution, allowing clients to undertake a wide range of banking and lifestyle transactions directly from their smartphones or tablets, regardless of time or location. Parallex App 2.0, with its user-friendly features, transforms the banking scene by improving accessibility and efficiency in financial management.
With this enhanced mobile banking solution, the bank aim to empower customers with greater convenience, flexibility, and control over their finances. Bakre mentioned that Parallex App 2.0 added a slew of features targeted at improving the banking experience.
Customers could use their mobile devices to access a variety of banking services, including intrabank and interbank transactions, airtime and data top-ups, password management, beneficiary management, and account upgrades.
Parallex Bank is one of Nigeria’s newest commercial banks, having moved from a microfinance institution. The bank, founded in 2008, began its transition on January 14, one year after receiving a license from the Central Bank of Nigeria.
