Over time, waste management has been a significant problem in Nigeria, and also has been a difficult task for the government to take care of. According to research, there are about 32 million tons of solid waste produced per year, with only an average of 25% being collected and managed properly. However, Pioneer Waste Master Limited (PWML) came up with a blueprint to solve Nigeria’s waste management problem.
The Pioneer Waste Master Limited is looking forward to partnering with His Excellency President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration. The company wants the pioneer waste unit to be used in the collection of waste from cities, and also putting in place waste recycling plants. This would bring about a means of employment for the nation’s citizens, and also a means to generate revenue.
The PWML is a company to improve Nigeria’s waste management structure. To achieve this, the company carried out its research across the states of the nation on the need to set up waste recycling plants.
The Research led to the company inventing the PIONEER WASTE UNIT, for easier and proper management of waste.
In addition, there have been plans for the waste recycling plants to be carried out in the first phase, for some pilot cities in some states which include Abuja, Lagos, Kano, Oyo, Abia, and so on.
The blueprints for the plants show iis obtainable and of global standard. After developing the project action plan, the pioneer trash master decided to showcase the recently created pioneer waste unit in the coming days to support Mr. President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, His Excellency Ahmed Bola Tinubu’s renewed hope agenda.
The company conducted proper demography to meet the government revenue target, alleviate the unemployment issue, and carry out the renewed hope agenda of the President in waste management as part of the stop-gap mechanism to stop the revenue leakage through waste management and the provision of jobs for the swarming citizens.
Pioneer Waste Master has faith in Mr. President’s abilities and promised to work with the administration to address the issue of inappropriate and careless waste disposal in Nigeria and position Nigeria as a smart city to implement the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
