Sky Logistics Limited (GSA Nigeria) Delta Air Lines Incorporated has announced the creation of a scholarship scheme for select Nigerian travel agents as part of its commitment to corporate social responsibility and regional travel sector development. The project seeks to recognise and reward travel agents’ outstanding achievements by offering professional and educational opportunities for an all-expenses-paid ticketing and reservation training program.
According to a statement, the thorough training programme will take place at the acclaimed Frontier Academy, a subsidiary of GHI Assets Limited. Frontier Academy is an Amadeus training partner, an IATA approved training company, and well-known for its dedication to excellence in travel industry education.
The scholarship program seeks to empower the future generation of travel advisors by providing them with the necessary skills and expertise to succeed in the ever-changing travel industry. The curriculum has been carefully crafted to cover a wide range of topics, ensuring that participants have a thorough understanding of reservation and ticketing systems, customer service, and industry best practices.
