This was made known in a statement revealed to newsmen by the company, the statement also disclosed that the recent partnership between the AGS and Fuji Electric helped provide solar to many cities in Europe. The partnership is said to be a fruitful one as it helped AGS gain a good reputation.
The Chief Executive Officer of Africa Go Solar, Sola Fajuke who spoke at the unveiling in Lagos said that Solar energy is in line with Nigeria’s goals for sustainable development and that it aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
According to him, adoption of solar energy by Nigerians will prove valuable due to the constant challenges faced by Nigerians with regards to electricity and also meeting the energy demands of nations population. Solar energy has come to improve the quality of life of Nigerians and expose them to many vital economic opportunities that comes with it he added.
