Chairman of the Dangote Group, Aliko Dangote has pledged to make the youths the focal point of the operations in his refinery.
The business tycoon disclosed that the refinery has employed 33,000 Nigerians currently and will create 100,000 jobs for the youths when it becomes fully operational.
Speaking at the commissioning of the refinery which is adjudged to be the biggest in Africa and also the largest single-train facility in the world.
He expressed that employment of the youthful population is the target of the refinery. He also added that Nigeria will no longer need to import fuel as a result of the refinery thus helping the nation save it’s foreign exchange.
