HEIRS TECHNOLOGY GETS NEW CEO

Heirs Technology, the newly formed subsidiary of Heirs Holdings, has named Obong Idiong as its new CEO.

In a statement issued by the firm on Wednesday, Idiong was previously the Managing Director/CEO of Africa Prudential Plc, where he led the digital transformation of the company’s registration services and reinvented it as an agile and technology-driven organization.

According to Heirs Technologies, Idiong offers extensive technological industry experience and a visionary approach to his new post. Idiong has held several senior managerial positions at United Bank for Africa Plc and Heirs Holdings Limited.

The statement also disclosed that Idiong has a remarkable track record in pioneering digital technology and extensive expertise in cutting-edge advancements; Obong brings a dynamic leadership style and fresh insights to our team.

His track record of success and strategic vision make him the perfect fit to steer Heirs Technologies toward new heights of excellence. In his new role, Idiong stated, “We are happy to bring Heirs Holdings’ fundamental principles and business style to the digital sector, leading with excellence, execution, and enterprise.

Furthermore, Dr. Fumbi Chima has been appointed Chair of Heirs Technologies. She has held CIO positions at multinational organizations such as Adidas, Fox Network Group, Burberry Corporation, Walmart Stores Inc. Asia commercial operations, and American Express’ multinational Corporate Technologies.

In her remarks, Chima stated her happiness about being part of the initiative to unlock Africa’s potential. She declared that Heirs Technologies will make a difference in people’s lives and reshape the continent.
