Indian technology company that gives solutions to building enterprise management, Zoho Corporation, has officially opened its new Nairobi office.
The company recorded a 48% increase in income and a sharp growth in staff when the new office was first opened back in March. Additionally, Zoho disclosed a 33% increase in its partner network in Kenya in 2022.
It is the seventh office of Zoho located in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) area.
Zoho has also declared a strategic collaboration with the Institute for Small Business Initiatives(ISBI). The purpose of the collaboration is to digitalise the influence of the local SMEs by strengthening them with the most recent enterprise technology.
All the SMEs that have been or are presently connected with ISBI will be given access to Zoho One, a consolidated platform of more than 50 business applications as part of the collaboration.
Zoho One coherently links different business functions including finance, marketing, sales, collaboration, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), human resources, project management among others.
Commercial enterprises in Nairobi that provide access to Zoho One will also incur product training and tech support.
Director for Programs, Institute for Small Business Initiative, Maryanne Akoth stated that the company acknowledge digitisation as the panacea while manual data recording constitute a difficulty.
She further states that the company’s collaboration with Zoho helps SMEs via their various product range.
Having seen a three year Compound Annual Growth Rate(CAGR) of 65% in the mid-market and business sector, Zoho has over 90 million users throughout more than 600,000 worldwide enterprises.
