ARM Group in partnership with Greentec Capital Partners is set to hold its Demo Day for the ARM Labs Innovation program. The program, which was designed as a means to achieve ARM’s mission to fund viable Nigerian Fintech start-ups, will hold virtually on Thursday 22nd of September 2022.

The ARM Labs Innovation Program

The program typically begins with an accelerator program and ends with a demo event during which selected startups pitch their ideas/businesses to potential investors. The accelerator program is designed to enable start-ups to work through challenges by creating unique strategies and solutions. In addition, the program creates room for interaction with mentors and advisors who are innovators and thought leaders in their various fields. These mentors provide support in specific areas including business growth, product-market fit, distribution and software engineering.

What to expect

Following an intensive 7 weeks acceleration program, this year’s innovation program is set to conclude with a demo day on the 22nd of September. The demo day will have in its attendance investors, corporate bodies, financial institutions, tech leaders, members of the press, and senior executives of the ARM Group, and will serve as a platform through which the startups will showcase their progress and deliver pitches to secure investments and partnerships. Selected startups for this year’s ARM Labs Innovation Demo Day include:

• Crediometer: A Fintech created to provide banking for startups and growing businesses of all sizes.
• Keble: A Proptech designed to address challenges faced by young Africans in the real estate market.
• Regxta: a digital credit platform that provides quick and easy access to financial services for unbanked people and micro-business owners in Africa. 
• Toju: a record management platform for thrift collectors, Microfinance Institutions, and Cooperative societies.
• Trade Lenda: a technological solution providing accessible financing to small businesses across Africa.
