Stanbic IBTC has offered an across-the-border system tagged “Africa China Agent Proposition (ACAP)” for offering standard financial solutions to importers from Africa who exchange with China exporters.
The bank stated that the payment structure makes it easy to access confirmed trade agents accountable for connecting African businesses to diverse providers and manufacturers all over China.
Stanbic remarked that ACAP provides a wide range of ecosystem services, assistance and solutions which prepares African businesses to use trade and development opportunities and finally drive Africa’s economic development.
Additionally, Stanbic offers regional solutions which includes payment guarantees issued to exporters without the need for credit letter and its associated costs to the importer.
The bank also encourage business owners to be a member of its Trade Club, stating that it offers pertinent tips and information in respect to accounting, business models, marketing, and legal advice. These tips allow businesses to attain set goals.
