The MoMo Payment Service Bank, a subsidiary of MTN Nigeria has launched a new payment option for its users.
This new bill payment option will allow new and existing MoMo users access to an inexpensive way to purchase utility bills like prepaid electricity units, renew cable for television, betting and loan collection bills to specific vendors.
The new bill payment option is in support of the CBN’s efforts to promote financial inclusion by ensuring financial penetration among the unbanked across the country, especially in Northern Nigeria.
The firm mentioned in a press statement that, “The goal of MoMo Bill Payment is to improve financial inclusion by providing an easy way for people to move money, access financial information, and make bill payments.” This new inclusion option enables MoMo to meet the needs of more people.
The MoMo bills payment is a financial solution that makes bill payment easier and more convenient. MoMo users can now pay merchants and business owners from the comfort and convenience of their mobile devices.
